By creating an account or using REVMARQ you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Sponsored Content Disclosure.

You must be 18 or older and a verified retail automotive professional, partner, vendor, or invited guest.

• Use your real name and accurate professional information.
• Do not impersonate, misrepresent affiliation, or fabricate credentials.
• Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant REVMARQ a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and in recognition materials. You are responsible for the legality of your content.

The Marque Awards and Marque Rated evaluations are independent. Membership, payment, sponsorship, or advertising does not influence nomination, judging, finalist selection, winner outcomes, ratings, or editorial coverage. See the Sponsored Content Disclosure.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Sponsorship and vendor placement agreements are governed by their order forms in addition to these Terms. Refunds are handled per the policy stated at purchase.

• Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or threats.
• Spam, scraping, automated abuse, or unauthorized data collection.
• Posting confidential, infringing, or unlawful material.
• Attempting to circumvent verification, RLS, or admin controls.

REVMARQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, and may remove content at its discretion.

REVMARQ is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, REVMARQ disclaims all warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Governing law and venue will be specified in the finalized published version.
