Founders do not receive voting rights, veto rights, approval authority, board authority, fiduciary rights, governance rights, or decision-making control.

Founder package level may determine recognition benefits, event invitation allocations, marketing perks, and access benefits — it does not create any hierarchy of authority.

Founder support does not affect nominations, award selection, judging outcomes, Marque Rated scores, editorial coverage, vendor ratings, rankings, verification decisions, or platform recognition.
