REVMARQ (“REVMARQ,” “we,” “us”) operates revmarq.com and The Marque Awards. REVMARQ is the data controller for personal information collected through the platform. Contact: privacy@themarqueawards.com.

• Account info: name, email, password (hashed), phone number, date of birth (used only for 18+ verification), display name, professional role, dealership or company.
• Verification documents: identity and employment proof uploaded for industry verification. Admin-only.
• Profile content: achievements, credentials, photos, posts, comments, and messages.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. REVMARQ does not store card numbers.
• Usage data: device, IP, browser, pages visited, and interaction events.

• Operate the platform, verify member identity, and prevent fraud.
• Process payments, subscriptions, and sponsorships.
• Deliver awards eligibility, badging, and recognition workflows.
• Send transactional emails, security alerts, and (with consent) newsletters.
• Improve product quality and respond to support requests.

We share personal data only with service providers required to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics), with law enforcement when legally compelled, and with award judges only for materials a member has submitted for review. We do not sell personal data.

You can edit your profile, control privacy of phone and date of birth, request your data, request deletion, or opt out of marketing emails. Submit requests to privacy@themarqueawards.com.

REVMARQ uses encrypted storage, row-level access controls, hashed credentials, and audit logging on sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to security@themarqueawards.com.

REVMARQ is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to members by email or in-product notice.
